Sarah Anne Yeomans

Sarah Anne Yeomans, aged 48, was born at Brampton Hospital in 1977. She passed away peacefully and quietly on March 25th at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital. Following her passion for caring for others, Sarah became a nurse and worked at Oakville Hospitals where she was deeply dedicated to her profession for 25+years. Her compassion, kindness, and commitment to helping people defined both her career and her character.

Sarah met her beloved husband John in 1999 and the two fell in love instantly, beginning a life together filled with love and family. There were so many amazing trips that she went on with John where they explored different states, different parts of the province, and had many great adventures.

Sarah will be forever loved and remembered by her husband John: her mother Roberta; her aunt and uncle Caroyln and Hugh; her son Nicholas; her grandson Arthur, and her daughter in law Anastazea.

Sarah brought immense joy to her Aunt and Uncles life and cherished the time she spent at their cottage on Go Home Lake and later Bala. They were incredibly proud of her nursing career and the compassion she showed for helping others.

Sarahs mother will always remember her as her little girl and cherish all the memories they have together.

Nicholas and Anastazea are deeply grateful for their time Sarah spent with their son, Arthur, who absolutely adored his grandmother. Nicholas will remember his mom in countless ways – through their conversations, family trips, and the unwavering love and support she always gave.
