Sarah Emma Ofori

With deep sorrow and heavy hearts, we announce the untimely passing of Sarah Emma Ofori, who was called home by the Lord and departed this life on March 5, 2026, at Brampton Civic Hospital in Brampton, Ontario, at the age of 51.

She is predeceased by her parents Ernest and Akosua and leaves behind her beloved daughter Meekah, and son Elijah, brothers Dean, Jeffery and Denzel along with other extended family members, relatives, and friends.

Sarah was known for her warmth, resilience, and caring spirit. She touched the lives of many with her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for her family and friends. Sarah had a gentle heart and a beautiful soul, always willing to lend a helping hand or offer words of encouragement to those around her.

Above all, Sarah was a devoted and loving mother. Her greatest pride and joy were her children, Meekah and Elijah, whom she loved deeply and dedicated herself to nurturing and guiding them with strength, wisdom, and unconditional love.

Sarah will be remembered for her quiet (and not so quiet) strength, her compassionate nature, and the many memories she created with those fortunate enough to know her. Her smile, her laughter, and her caring presence will remain forever in the hearts of her family and friends.

Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we take comfort in the memories she leaves behind and the love she shared with all of us. Her legacy will continue to live on through her children and through the many lives she touched.

Sarah will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
