It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Janet Mountney on February 2, 2026.

She left this world surrounded by love, leaving behind a legacy defined by kindness, warmth, and an unwavering devotion to her family and friends. Janet touched the lives of all who knew her with her gentle spirit, generous heart, and quiet strength. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those fortunate enough to have loved her.

Janet was predeceased by her beloved husband, Dennis; her brothers, John and Jim Aston; and her sister, Jeannie Bird.

Janet leaves behind her brother, Brian (Caroline), Brother‑in‑Law, Fred; Nieces and nephews, Debbie (Dave), Stephen and Jeremy (Julie). Great-Nieces and Nephews, Danielle (Charlie), Charlotte, Harry, George, Abigail, Monty, and Rosie, and Great Great Nieces and Nephews Ariella and Harrison
