Martin Grinnus

We are saddened to announce the untimely passing of Martin Grinnus born July 2, 1963 who died on June 10, 2026 in Toronto just shy of his 63rd birthday.

Son of Marianne and the late Heinz. Father to Steven, Alan and Danielle. Brother to Gabriele and Michael.

Throughout his life he loved rocking out to his favorite music and jamming on guitar. He is in a better place now and is the new rock star who has just taken the stage there.

He will be greatly missed by those who loved him.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In place of flowers please make a donation to a Toronto homeless shelter so someone less fortunate can be clothed, housed and fed in his honour.
