Obituary for Dayle Anne MacKenzie (nee Robertson)

Beloved wife of Stephen, mother of our son Ken, mother-in-law of Mary -Denise, grandmother of Jessica, Jacqueline and Joshua and great-grandmother of Alexander.

Dayle was born in Montreal PQ on January 10, 1951, and lived there with her family until the family moved to Brampton, ON in the early sixties.

Dayle passed away peacefully with family at her side on January 23rd at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, after a brief illness related to pneumonia.

Predeceased by her parents, Ken and Peg Robertson and her sister Karen and brother-in-law Ron.

She always maintained a strong belief in the better good of human nature and was always considerate and caring of others. A loyal and devout member of the Church of Latter-Day Saints for many decades, Dayle found great strength, comfort, and serenity in the Church.

She valued all her friendships and relationships with her family, friends, neighbours, and church members.

We will all miss you, Peanut. You are free of pain now and in the loving company of your family that has gone on before you.

A Celebration of Life will be taking place later in the spring with the date to be announced.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to your favoured charity would be in order.
