In Loving Memory of
Aimara Del Pilar Galambos
February 1, 1963 – October 26, 2026
Forever Loved, Never Forgotten
It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Aimara Del Pilar Galambos. She passed away on October 26, 2026, at the age of 63. She was surrounded by her loving family, who remained by her side as she peacefully left this world.
Born on February 1, 1963, in Guadalajara, Mexico, Aimara was a beautiful, strong, and vibrant woman whose compassion for life touched the hearts of everyone. Aimara’s journey brought her from her beloved homeland of Mexico to Canada, where she married the love of her life, Richard. Together they built a life filled with love, family, friendship, and cherished memories.
A proud and adoring mother to her daughter Natalie and her husband Michael, and her son Michael and his partner Colleen. She was also a treasured grandmother to her beautiful granddaughter, Amelia Sofia, who brought immense joy and happiness into her life. Aimara leaves behind her loving mother-in-law, Rosalie, and her late father-in-law, George.
Aimara was the cherished daughter of Marina Guerra de Mejía and the late José Humberto Mejía Mejía. She was a loving sister to Olimpia and Erick Fernando, and her late brother, Nadin Humberto. She will be lovingly remembered by her devoted niece Gin, her husband Jonathan González Rodríguez, great-nephew Santiago González Mejía, and great-nieces Aranza Vázquez Kelly and Rebeca González Mejía.
May Aimara’s beautiful legacy of love, kindness, and generosity continue to inspire all who knew her.
A celebration of life will be hosted at a future date.
